How long does Xanax stay in your system?
Saturday night, i took 4- .25 mg (low doses), and 1 blue.
How long is it going to stay in my system. ?
I have to give a blood sample tomorrow for some medication and my doctor might say something.
(Im not prescribed by the way)

The bad news is that Xanax will be detectable in your blood for days or weeks. The good news is that it is only detectable by a specific test which is by no means routinely performed. Your doctor may test your blood and urine, but unless he is strongly motivated to monitor YOUR sobriety (as in he is an addiction specialist ) don't get paranoid: your guilt is all in your mind!
