hon, even if you do lose weight this way you'll never maintain it coz its not like you can spend the rest of your life drinking lemon juice and maple syrup and when you sart eating other things, your body will not be used to it and wont be able to digest it and it will turn into fat....try this diet that i used to go from 132 pounds to 115 pounds and I'm 5'7.5:
Breakfast:
- 1 piece raisin toast
- 1 cup milk (i drank full cream because i dont like skim but try skim)
- 1 apple (pink lady)
Morning Tea:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 orange
Lunch
- 1 salad pita pocket (small size - wholemeal) (pita is really very healthy, much healthier than bread)
- you can put low fat tuna in the pocket too and a dab of butter won't do you bad either
Afternoon Tea
- 1 handful almonds and walnuts
- 1 other piece of fruit (i did another orange)
Dinner:
- 1 serve of whatever was made (no rice)
Dessert:
- i didnt really eat dessert but when i did, i ate an apple
and with this diet, i lost about 1-2 pounds a week which was really good and you actually maintain it....and now i eat practically all i want (within reason) and dont put on any weight! try it!
and i went from an Australian size 10 to an Australian size 7 which is normally as low as they go..
save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more
