HP Pavilion Slimline always asleep(orange)?

So I own a HP Pavilion Slimline PC and I've had it for a while, recently when it fell asleep a little while after I finished with it( when the power button moved from blue to orange) and when I tried to get it to go on again by either pressing the power button or shaking the mouse etc etc, it didn't come on. I tried powering it off and on again and unplugging it, and occasionally it worked but as soon as it started sleeping again the problem happened again. And lately it won't work at all, when the computer turns blue either the monitor mouse or keyboard won't turn on, I've checked and everything is plugged in and I have no idea what the problem is, any advice?

Creating Recovery Discs and or repair disk, Saving a Recovery Image to a USB Flash Drive in(Windows 7). Just go to back and you can do it there.
