Has anyone with hypoglycemia ever vomited after eating?
I went to bed too late last night, hadn't eaten all evening, woke up after too little sleep and ate a big breakfast, which I promptly and violently projectile vomited.
Has low blood sugar + food ever caused that for you?

Sip on a regular soda .
Call your doctor.
Hypoglycemia related nausea is usually a sign that your blood sugar is low, not high. Many hypoglycemics never really experience actual hunger. They get nauseated, and know they need to eat. The nausea will pass if they don't eat, and then it's usually followed by confusion, inability to stay on task, and then, homicidal rage. If you are a true hypoglycemic it is probably best for you to try to eat four or five times a day, small meals that meet optimum dietary requirements in a 24 hour day, and carry something simple like a granola bar for when you feel nauseated.
