Parts of it are true, parts are circumstantial coincidences, and some parts are completely made up. It's a good way to raise questions, but people should conduct their own research. There were some undeniable similarities between the developing theology about Jesus and the ancient "mystery" cults (especially among the Gnostics), and there was some serious purging of "heretical" histories in the Fourth Century, but the business about Taurean, Arean, Piscean and Aquarian "Ages" is bunk, as is the fishing for random gospel stories to make the apostles into constellations. Even the basic astronomy is off. (Orion's belt doesn't line up with the solstice sun. Orion is prominent in Winter precisely because the sun is on the other side of the sky.)
Some of it is correct, but much of it is over stated or questionable. I would not consider it as an accurate source of information.
Having said that, there is a lot of problems with Christianity, such as lack of evidence for any of the miracles/events recorded (we know the flood and exodus simply did not happen). There also is no compelling or conclusive evidence for Jesus having existed. Christians tend to stretch the truth on this one.
Before you make any decisions, I suggest you seriously research the evidence from an objective viewpoint.
Edit:
By the way, I only watched the first section, the other two that get into conspiracy theory on 9/11 are completely unsubstantiated as far as I know.
Don't bother yourself with Zeitgeist. There are some scarce grains of truth in there, but they are buried too deep under a steaming pile of half-truths and outright lies.
Cross-referencing their claims, you will have to weed out the false 90%, then try to build a coherent structure out of the remaining 10%... it's too much work over one pseudo-documentary. There are much better arguments against religion.
As for Zeitgeist's view on the historicity of Jesus, I concur with the conclusion but not the premises. My own research on the subject has led me to conclude that Jesus was not one single historical person, but a figure fabricated from a mix of several real people and several mythological figures (Prometheus, religions of Asia Minor, etc.). However, a lot of the arguments that Zeitgeist presents for this just don't hold up.
As for the 9/11 conspiracy stuff, a lot of that has been debunked. As a friend of mine in the air force summarized it, "We [the government] are not THAT smart."
Its a shame that time cant be refunded. Zeitgeist is a terrible movie...and I'm and atheist! filled with half-truths and misinformation and bias all around.
I think it is like anything else, there is truth in it. It does what it was designed to do and that's to make you think. As for what's true and what isn't research and come to your own conclusions. Thats what it motivated me to do.
The definition of Zeitgeist is the mood or spirit of a period of time.
I've done tons of research. I've talked to cops who were in the towers that heard explosions in lower floors. I live less then 2 hours from the city. Several of them live here. They are sick and the government refuses to help them.

Personally, I wouldn't put too much stock into Zeitgeist.

It certainly makes some valid points, although some of it is a little questionable. The general premise is valid, imho...
Edit: I've only watched the part on religion, not the conspiricy stuff...

It's amazingly done isn't it?

Documentary = fact.

If you are not sure don't take the word of Zeitgiest, do some research yourself. You will see there is very little truth in it.
