First I'll list what I ate today so you guys can tell me if I should even be eating anymore.
Breakfast
Oatmeal w/ organic peanut butter mixed in and half of a banana on top
Soy milk
Yogurt
LUNCH
Slice of whole wheat bread with organic peanut butter on top and half of a banana (sliced to pieces)
Apple
Water
DINNER
Vegan chicken tenders inside a pita pocket with low fat cheese and marinara over it
soy milk
Exercise was 30 min p90x plus ab ripper x, hour at gym, 10 minutes of running and then I just got back from a 5 lap walk with my mom.
For dessert I usually eat yogurt with kashi go lean mixed in and sliced apples or banana, I want that tonight but idk if I've already eaten too much or if I'm even hungry to eat it.
Update:I'm a VEGETARIAN, no FISH or MEAT.

You're not eating enough calories as it is. You need to eat less of the organic peanut butter and try eating more whole grains, and lean proteins such as fish and lentils.
The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more, the difficulties surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations out there don't you think?! I found some splendid help by visiting the web portal in the box below, they have lots of tips and tricks, I lost 5 pounds by following their techniques.
I say go ahead, but I reccomend you try counting how much you eat in calories, not by amount.
