I think you are already in your last growth spurt, as you've already grown 2 inches this year. You should have another 2-3 inches in your legs, probably by 16. Then your neck will grow approximately 0.5 of an inch by 17, then your lower spine by another half inch until 18-21.
I think your height has, and will be, at least average (for your generation the UK is c. 5'10.25"; US 5'10"). Maybe 5'11" for you.
There are always exceptions though.
Another gauge to use is your mother's height: you most likely will be at least 5 inches taller than her.
