I would go back to Wickes, ask again, but be polite, and if they don't get anywhere, politely ask to see a manager,its just possible the people your talking to, are bloody useless,and have no interest in the company.

I would point out, that Wicks are now advertising long guarantees for their kitchens, so they would then have to be on their toes in dealing with you,it wouldn't look good for publicity

I always ask to see the manager, after all, they have the power to do things

Its "drawer". And if it was supplied by Wickes in the first place then that is your only hope really. You could do some reseach as to who made this kitchen for them. But if the Stamford range was a Wickes special and its out of production....An idea of what colour the Stamford range was would help..

Have you tried phoning Wickes mate? I did when I was trying to chase up some tiles and they sorted it same day. I went into one of their stores before that and the bloke I asked about the same tiles never knew if it was Good Friday or Christmas eve.
