When you have the flu, the best remedy is to get a ton of rest at home in bed. This could at least help you coast through the pain (when I have headaches, I have to sleep it off).
Hopefully you will feel better in a few days. If you really need to ease the pain, you can take some ibuprofen (2 pills every 4 hours; maximum of 8 pills daily) or use something that can be applied to the skin (such as Tiger balm, which is like an Icy-hot feeling to sooth pain; it smells eukalyptus-y).
hi unfortiunatly headaches are part of the flu,you need to take a pain killer for it,talk to the doctor about it,maybe he/she could suggest something for you to take, its not going to go away on its own.you need to help yourself get better, take care now.
hmmm.... i usually just take a nap or something... i recently was having really bad headaches and went to the doctor and got prescribed some muscle relaxers.

I take excedrin or Advil cold and sinus. I used to get alot of headaches until I found through my dr. that I have sinuses. They prescribed Allegra.
