I haven't had it myself, but I can tell you what it means. Sudden or recurring bouts of dizziness or fainting when you sit or stand up too quickly. Benign just means not serious. Do you know why you're having these?
there's a thing that you can do called the eply maneuver (I'm not sure if that is spelled right) which is what the doctors do, but you can do it at home. a physical therapist might also be able to help if your insurance covers it.
