ok, i beat my 4th gym leader but now when i went back to the 5th one, she's still not there? I can't go anywhere either because syducks are blocking the road? HELP?!

You fight the 5th gym leader in Hearthome City.If you go up to lake valor,north of Pastoria City,you will see Cynthia.Talk to her and she will give you a secret potion I think.Use it on the psyducks and they will move.Go on and go to Celestic Town. Beat the grunt and go in the cave. Press A on the painting and the elder will come and give you surf.Go to Hearthome gym and she will be there.
