i was wondering whether is it better to leave the laptop plugged to the power even though it already finished charging?
I hate to keep plugging and unplugging the power cord everytime that I use my laptop, and I use it mostly throughout the day, i also have my bettery in my laptop most of the time, so the battery runs out easily. so is it bad for the battery or the computer itself if i leave the cord plugged in at all times?

It is best to use the LT plugged in and the battery taken out and stored away. The battery only has a limited amount of cycles in it's lifetime. But if you do not mind buying new batteries it does not harm the LT either way.
Buy a docking station. Then you will never have to plug and unplug your laptop again. If its in the docking station, its plugged in. If its not, then its not plugged in, although if you're in the field somewhere, you will have a separate power cord that you could plug in if necessary.
Another possibility is to buy a bigger battery that will last throughout the day. For my laptop, I bought a 7 hour battery, that will last at least through 4 hours of heavy use (CD drive, hard drive, etc) or up to 7 hours of normal use.
Laptops are often composed of proprietary components. This means that when they wear out, you have to spend $$$ getting them fixed. To alleviate that, turn your laptop off, or at least dump it into standby if you're not going to use it for a few hours.
Yes it is ok to keep it plugged in at all times, as long as it is turned off or sleeping. However, it is healthy for your battery to get some use every now and then, so try to use the batteries power sometimes.
direct charge while using the pc is fine, But overcharging the battery will just make the battery weaker. Contact the dealer for battery charging or refer to your laptops manual guide to answer your question for full support.
