it doesn't matter if it even kill or hit a target i just want it loud so when my neighbors turn the music loud and i fire it they pee in their pens cause police in Lebanon won't solve my problem so I'm solving it my way

I am origianlly from Milton so I know that there are plenty of people in Lebanon PA that are obnoxiuos and I knwo that the police are worthless.
I find the 357 SIG to be the most grating and loud light arm. You might try a shorter barrel 30-06 with a muzzle brake.
A percussion grenade would bo the trick
