lump under my armpit when using deodorant?
I use an aluminum free deodorant and every once in a while i get lumps under my armpit that hurt. i stop using the deodorant for a few days and my armpits stop hurting. does anyone have any idea of why this could be happening?

your pits get rid get rid a lot your bodies waste. when you cover it antiperspirant, you are essentially sealing up your pits and the waste gets clogged. often, cysts form.
get around this by using a deodorant, which unlike stopping you from sweating like antiperspirants, only neutralize the bacteria to prevent the funk.
it's okay to use the antiperspirants from time to time, but if you're working out, you shouldn't use it.
