messenger wont open when i hit icon?
comp went to shop to add virus protection and be cleaned everything is on comp but when i try to sign on messenger it wont come on ,i hit the icon nothing happens... what can i do without loosing any friends?i can chat though my yahoo mail,but not like messenger.. help please

u dont lose any of your contacts in any way.try uninstalling it and then download again.good luck
