OK, whoever can help me i would appreciate it a lot. But a few weeks ago i fell off a building, 2 stories. I cannonballed concrete and smacked the back of my head off concrete and also once on the roof. my whole body got tingly and stinging and i couldn't move or see and somebody stood me up but i could talk, now i get spasms, clicks when i exhale sometimes, my vision skips fast sometimes, my back is achey and sometimes burns and is stiff when i get out the shower. x rays showed no breaking though. Also do not play on roofs. Seems pretty B.A. till ur in my position.

Alex, it sounds as if you have a concussion and that is something that takes a long time to get over. Check with you family doctor about that. As for the back it sounds as if you have a bad bone bruise and that will take about 6 to 8 weeks to heal. If the pain doesn't decrease soon then have then retake the x-rays as it is possible to have a stress fracture.
If the x-ray showed no fracture, you need to see a good Chiropractor. They are about the only ones who can help you get over this. It may take a while, but it WILL help.
Ask your parents to find one if you're under their insurance, or maybe one that gives self payers discount.
Good luck. DON'T do nothing - that's a sure fire recipe for a LIFETIME OF PAIN!!!
