Minecraft downloadable version doesn't, but in browser does?
I bought Minecraft and I can play in browser, so I can't add mods, which really sucks, but in the downloadable version it either says 'LoadLibrary failed with error 998: Invalid access to memory location' or 'Java TM Platform SE Binary', but mostly the first one. Please help!

Depending On Your Windows Version You will be able to play mind craft. But i recommend you do not use mods they are unfair and just git boring after a wile.
You can add mods. And if you have Windows 7, search for %appdata%
