If you were to look at me, you could see that I am a White-Male, who by definition receives very little scholarship for being a White-Male. What you don't see is that because my Great Great Grandfather was a Native American Indian, i was able to join the Chickasaw Nation, and now I am a part of the Chickasaw Native American Tribe, which is Federally Recognized. This puts me in a state of Dual-Ethnicity. Because I have the papers to prove it, even though I don't look it, would I qualify for Minority Scholarships?

Since you're an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe, yes.
Enrolled tribal members are a minority, less than 1% of the US population.
ask your financial aid adviser at your college, they should know the answers :)
