I am a 30 year old female and have been experiencing a troubling problem. Three weeks ago I woke up with a terrible headache, unable to move and just laying down in pain. I got up, went downstairs, and took some headache pills. About five minutes later I had the urge to vomit and went into the bathroom where I threw up until nothing more could come out. I felt better afterwards but had to take a nap.
This morning, the same thing happened. I woke up with the same headache but this time I forced myself to get up and go to work. I had not taken any pills. Within 15 minutes of being at work I ha to leave because I felt so ill. Feeling dizzy, I was worried about driving home. Nonetheless I did, and half way home I vomited all over myself as I was driving. I could feel it coming on but there was no place to pull over.
I don't know why this is happening. I am not a 'puker' and in my entire life I have only thrown up when I had too much to drink back in my early 20's. Never from illness or seeming randomness.
Does anyone know what this could be? I don't have health insurance so seeing a doctor isn't an option, so I'm trying to research what could be causing it. It's so weird.

Awwwww... Ur pregnant!!! Congrats!!!
Or... It could be a carbon monoxide issue, or sleep apnea... Check for pregnancy first... Then look into the rest...
If you suspect carbon monoxide, once u feel this happen, go outside immediately, breathe deep once outside for a few minutes, if it doesn't go away, check into the sleep apnea thing...
It sounds like you are having migraines, they are associated with nausea and dizziness, sometimes sensitivity to light, they could be caused by the way you are sleeping or stress, I wake up with them sometimes, If you have no insurance and cannot see a doctor the best way to deal with these is to lay in a dark room, with a cool cloth over you forehead and eyes, some tylenol or advil will probably help too, I usually take 3 or 4 advil, when i run out of my meds. But you really should see a doctor or go to a free clinic because it may be something different all together

I have brain cancer (upgraded from brain tumors) and while the symptoms do sound suspicious they do not sound like brain tumors. Rather, is sounds like your husband is undergoing caffeine withdrawal. Caffeine is a drug and humans can have significant problems when trying to withdraw cold turkey. Instead, he should try to withdraw from caffeine slowly. Cut down on the coffee or sodas each day until he can quit entirely. A blood test will not show a brain tumor. The tests for that are an MRI and/or a CT Scan. By the way, my husband has tried to quit caffeine cold turkey and has reported similar symptoms as those of your husband. Just to be safe, still see the doctor.
