My motherboard is from Asus, and apparently, it is not working anymore.

So I was thinking of sending it to their company, but the question is:

How long will it take for them to send me a new one?

I'm worried it might take 2 or more weeks just to get this problem sorted out.

I doubt if they have a good customer service, and if they will be quick or slow at dealing with it.
