My dogs scratches feel different..?
I have either had or known dogs for most if my life and would def consider myself an animal lover. Well I had gotten a pure bred blue nose pit as a birthday present. He is 16 months old. He is utd on his shots and the vet said he is in excellent health. However.. idk y but when he accidentally scratches me the scratches don't feel right, they feel like a burn its so creepy. And it has never bled. I have had many dog scratches before and it never felt like this.. I know this sounds crazy but I know what I am saying...

Sounds like your dog just has blunter nails then other dogs. Dogs with sharp claws will sometimes draw a little of blood but dogs with blunt nails don't usually have that problem. My hound has blunt nails and when she scratches me if burns, doesn't bleed, and leaves red marks where the claws were.
You can talk all you want on "terms of reasoning and actual evidence" but you will not get any. You will only receive statements based upon false notion, thus proving the sheer amount of those who humanize their dogs to a point where its downright silly and unreasonable. There are only two answers I see here //// which seem to be accumulating a good amount of TDs //// that are actually based on FACTS. Half of the other answers are based purely on mythical idealization. Dogs are and will forever be instinctual.
