I was on my laptop and everything was fine until it decided to turn off suddenly and unexpectedly.
I then pushed the power button to turn it back on and nothing. Whats more was all the lights that show if its charging etc were turned off leading me to think it was more than just it turning off.
I then followed these instructions:
*Take out the battery,
*Remove main supply,
*Hold power button down for 30 secs,
*Put only power supply in, do not put battery in
*Turn laptop on
*Put the battery in.
This worked and it turned back on. However, if i move the charger, take it in or out, the laptop will die again immediately. I do not understand why.
If anyone could help me or offer any advice it would be truly appreciated because i may lose all my work if i don't turn it on and back it up :S
Update:I tried to turn the laptop on with just the AC power connected and the battery removed but now that is not working. What should i do? At the moment, it will not turn on at all.

probably the problem is your battery! you should remove the battery immediately when the charging is full. I think your battery is already damage! you better remove it anyway and you can use the plug! TIP:
when you are at home it is better to use plug power and remove the battery u can use battery once in a week at least..
Your battery and Charger are damaged, order a new charger off amazon, I got mine for 3 dollars there :)
Call the support hot-line for whoever manufactured your laptop. There is probably a problem with your charger and it probably needs to be replaced.
