My twin sister is almost 15, and shes obsessed with weight. Everyone notices her extreme weight loss, but nobody puts a finger on it because her clothes arent too tight. Two weeks ago I accidently walked into the bathroom without knocking. I saw her inspecting her skeleton in her bra in the mirror. I shut the door fast but couldn't believe it. Today, I stole her phone. Her background was a picture of a skinny girls body. She had one downloaded app, a fitness app. I clicked on it and she set it to 300 calories a day. Idk what to do. Help?

Have her get help so she can understand and work towards fixing the problem before somthibf bad happens.
Talk to her. DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR PARENTS, trust me that is the worst thing you could do. Tell her you know what she's doing and she needs to stop. If she refuses, tell her that you will tell your parents. Keep in mind that this isn't something that will go away in a week so don't expect changes that fast. If she doesn't make improvements or at least try to improve, tell your parents.
I think you definitely need to discuss this with a parent/health official/even her herself. This kind of thing can be either a passing hormonal worry, or it could develop into something much more serious.
Tell your parents! get her help before things get worse. I have had an eating disorder for years and its a living hell, its indescribable. Please just tell your parents and sit your sister down and talk to her about it, she needs help, she needs help now!
tell your parents she could die!
