My Sister is 12 and weigh 127 and wanna lose 16 pounds ?
Help her Please ! She thinks she is fat and uglly and has really low self esteem bc she gained weight she use to weigh 110 and is use to being that size her face has gotten bigger to and i noticed it but i dont wanna be mean bc she has suicidal thoughts.
How long would it take for her to get back to 110

Hey I'm also ending 7th. To lose weight, I cut out all junk food and ate a certain amount of calories a day. If you can't go outside and exercise, dance around your living room! Do something fun. Here's my regular diet plan:
Breakfast-
1.5 cups of cornflakes-150 cal
1/2 cup 1% low fat milk- 55 cal
1/2 cup of strawberries- 25 cal
Lunch-
Turkey, cheese, lettuce whole wheat sandwich (NO MAYO)- 300 cal
Apple- 80 cal
Yogurt- 100 cal
After school snack-
Banana- 100 cal
Dinner-
4 oz chicken breast- 110 cal
Broccoli- 35 cal
Brown rice 1/2 cup- about 150 calories.. Can't remember.
