I recently purchased this TV (less than 30 days) and it's worked fine so far. But last night it really slowed down in opening apps. And after the apps opened, it wouldn't actually play the content e.g. BBC World News said there was a problem with the news video when I clicked on it and this it did for every video. My TV was connected to the internet through wifi which I had to reset several times. Then the Samsung Apps app didn't open, saying that the TV wasn't connected to the internet. But it was.
Is this a problem that can't be fixed at home by resetting perhaps? Do you think it is recurring? In this case, is this problem something that justifies me to tell the store I want an exchange or refund?
I'll appreciate your help. Thanks.
P.S. In the end, however, I logged in to my Samsung Account and it seemed to fix the problem. But it scared me and I'm afraid this could happen again.

I'd suggest that you go to Samsung's web pg and look up your model number then download and updates.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way even a brand new TV could have software that requires updating so again check for updates.
