I have a nissan sentra 1990 1.6L GA16i engine. Ive seen alot a headers for 91 and on cars, but nothing for my car.
does anyone know of anything or know something close that i may modify to fit and use on my car?
Update:its not about the displacement gain or hp increase, but simply a full awesome sounding exhaust. And face it, headers really do help

Well, performance products for 20 year old 90HP econoboxes are kinda' hard to find. A Header (if there were any), of course, will not provide an "awesome sounding exhaust" they merely are less restrictive (higher cfm flow rate) than the factory exhaust manifold. Unfortunately, exhaust flow rate is not an issue with that particular powerplant. Pick out a nice performance muffler from DynoMax or Borla (whoever) and enjoy the new sound.
Well now you have gone and done it you found out what it is when you try to modify a car no one owns any more to old. B-12 sentra's have that old 1.5 timing belt motor that is no longer used. custom header makers might not want to set up there pattern torch to cut out only one header flange and bend tubing for only one set.
You don't need it. You don't have anywhere near the displacement to see any gain from swapping the header and intake manifold.
