I'm 5'5 206 pounds .. ugh ! i'm overweight & obese :( . I HATE MY BODY !! I cant even stick to a freaking diet & exercise .. I want a flat stomach, smaller chest(i wear a 36 C), thick thighs & a big NOT huge butt, slim arms, slim face & neck .. everything on me is fat .. how can i lose weight & stick to a diet plan ?

Make it a goal to first lose 10 lbs, not all at once. It will take some time, so allow yourself that time without getting discouraged. If you don't know about nutrition, then consult a nutritionist (your doctor can probably refer you to one). Exercising would be very good. Find an activity you like (swimming, tennis, or even going to the gym and spending 30min-1hr on the elliptical or treadmill). But it's important that whatever you choose, you enjoy, otherwise you won't stick to it. Also you shouldn't go on a diet where you starve yourself, or again, you won't stick to it (or if you do for a month or so, you'll see results but gain it all back as soon as you stop). Think long term.
One more thing: you can't pick and choose exactly how your body will look when you loose weight. Everyone has a different body structure, and you will loose the weight evenly throughout your body. You can target certain areas through exercise, but that will mostly tone those areas not shape them to *your* ideal. And stay realistic. Don't aim for like 110lbs, because first of all that would make you underweight, and second you will get discouraged very fast and quit again. Put your mind to it. Come up with a plan that will work for you, and do it! It's all up to you. I know how hard it can be, but you need to be determined! Good luck!

The key is not to get frusterated. It will take time to get in a healthy physical shape. If you are having trouble sticking to diet and excercise, take baby steps such as parking a little farther away from thestore in a parking lot or substituting foods. For example, instead of eating french fries, try a vegetable. Or eat wheat instead of white. It will take time though. Plus, if you like to eat at fast food resturants, eat there less frequently or stop all together.

Jenny Craig or any of the other meal plans. The bottom line on any diet working is your will power. You have to WANT to lose the weight. And exercise. Try walking or the kettlbell workout. Just move!

Step 2: Insert about 5" into mouth
Step 3: Be in front of kids who make fun of you
Step 4: Lookin better already!
Try starting with not eating junk food and saturated fats. Focus on that and once you stick to it, move on from there,
Have you tried going to the gym.
Get yourself in a regular routine at the
gym, and eat the proper foods.
It will work if you keep at it.
Perhaps you should find a dietition to help you.
