streatch marks r a part of our body and everyone has it at some point of their life!!...rapid gaining and loosing weight is the main reason behind the stretch marks....the best way to stop is to void puttin on weight and hit a gym to tone up ur body.....regular working out make the skin firmer and adds shape to ur body!!.....to diminish those marks u can apply almond oil or vitamin -E oil on the affected area!!
For many people, stretch marks are a source of embarrassment and can make people feel very self conscious, but this can be overcome or greatly reduced by treatment to remove stretch marks.
Creams and oils promote the chemical healing process within our bodies by boosting the vitamins, minerals and other necessary elements needed for healing. Surgery on the other hand promotes the physical healing process of the body, which forces the skin to create those healing elements (such as collagen) itself.
ther r a lot of over the counter creams which can reduce ur stretch marks but most of all u need to maintain ur weight and start toning up!
A moisturiser that contains extracts that moisturise deep into the skin such as coconut, jojoba and vitamin E. That way the skin will be more moist and as the skin stretches it wont tear and create stretch marks just below the skin surface. May help reduce existing stretch marks too. However not guaranteed to prevent completely, but will reduce risks a lot. Best way to prevent completely is to not gain weight or tone up the skin with exercise.
