HAHA, i thought they only made us do that at our school! just remember to take long strides and breath easy, when it comes to the part where you have to sprint across every time, think to your self "the faster i get across the more time i have to pause" Good luck, i'm sure you will do great!
Lol, i thought they only did it in my school too lol, well in my school they only let us go to 100 and i get it pretty easily..So you should be able to get like 60 or more.

The running's not hard, the turning around at the beep is what really exhausts you.
I got 80 beeps when I was 12, and I wasn't great among my class, not at all.
I got 118 before the bell rang so they made me stop. You should get at least like 100 if your in any shape at all.

u may want do do some training before it like run laps and do suicides for a week before it eat healthy sleep well and you should be ok
don't even worry about it..
If you are the least bit athletic you will get at least 60,,just remember to pace yourself because it does get harder =)
