Pimples on my cheek?? I don't understand.?
I have always gotten acne on my forehead from my bangs... but this year(17yo), I am getting pimples on my cheeks.. not just one or two. But A LOT in clusters. It doesn't cover my entire face. Just that there are 7 pimples on my right cheeks near my mouth. Also, I gotten pimples on my cheek and the pimples on my forehead are much much worse.
Do you know how I can treat this? or cause?
Maybe it's from stress from school? lack of sufficient amount of sleep? or just the weather(hot)?
I cleanse it softly, use BP, moisturize. Exfoliate weekly.
I don't touch my face that much either.

It's probably caused by any of those things ,and also could be hormones. Use a recommended acne treatment from the pharmacist and cleanse with facial wash twice daily. Also steam your face with hot water in a bowl and towel over your head for 10 minutes a day.
Give this 7 days after which, if there is no change I recommend you see a dermatologist or your gp.
I wouldn't use a concealer because this will clog up your pores - the idea is to keep your pores clean and dry.
do you sleep on your side? if so that could be the cause. It could also be just hormones or bad genetics. Or maybe your face is oily(get oil blotting sheets, rice paper, or use tissue paper. but the ones you put in gifts, not the one you blow your nose with)You can buy acne wash, acne moisture, and try Zeno(It shrunk my pimples to half the size!). I will tell you though getting rid of acne is NOT easy.(I have been fighting an attack on my forehead for 3 yrs now and i`m only in 6th grade!). It`s really great that you don`t touch your face but does anything else touch your face daily?(cell phone maybe). If you want to hide them get a kinda green tinted concealer because the green will combat the redness of pimples. you can also try redness reducing eye drops. But either way NO POPPING THEM! You may try all theese methods and nothing works then your just gonna have to wait till ya get older and they leave your face. :) Oh and see a dermatologist if it gets really out of hand. they`ll know what to do.
PS Never skip washing before bed. that is begging for break outs
Okay, acne sucks, but it's something we have to live with. Yeah it's embarrassing, I have it really light (and oily skin) and it strips my confidence, but not to the point that I wont be able to enjoy my day.

For something more powerful, from the doctor, I use Benza Clin, which is a benzoyl peroxide gel. It's super powerful and I put it on every other night. One night to dry my pimples, and then leave it the other night and they are gone. I love it, but be warned that it can be drying so use moisturizer.
One other neutrogena moisturizer that helps prevent and destroy pimples (overnight) I use this is something from the rapid clear line that I lovehttp://www.neutrogena.com/product/rapid+clear+acne... After I wash my face, all I do is apply this. No astringent or other medications, and I can see a difference the next morning, its amazing.

Make sure your diet is good, lots of colorful foods, organic etc...And drink lots of water!
Acne sucks, but its a part of life. I gave you a bunch of choices, hopefully you will find one that you like.

p.s As much as I'm sure you want to get rid of it all as quickly as possible, please don't start piling on the products, it will just make your skin get worse. For example, maybe find a different cleaner (possibly one that I recommended and use it. Give it a few days to work, and then maybe start on the lotion. Don't overly wash your face either, twice a day is good.

see a dermatologist. mine told me it has nothing to do with touching your face or what you eat etc. its because of a hormonal balance in your body. a dermatologist can prescribe a medication that will clear it up!
