PLEASE HELP!!!! im in so much pain!!!!!!!!?
i keep getting theseweird stomach pains they come and go and they hurt really bad they are like at the top of the stomach and it feels like i have to throw up and it hurts to put pressure on my stomach what could this be and how can i stop the pain please help

It could be gas bubbles. sounds gross i know. try taking gas x
Try holding your knees to your stomach or if you can't, prop them above you to where your back is flat and your knees come up to a 90°.angle. You likely just need to pass gas or something.
sounds like a good time to take some Pepto Bismol.
