I just got a new box of this system, and the whitening gel was liquid-y, not a gel at all. I put it in the fridge, thinking maybe it was just warm, but when I took it out it was still liquid. Anybody know why this is happening, and how I can fix it?

Claire,
You definitely got a bad box.
But I can tell you one thing that even it's liquid state the results will be the same. No change in your teeth.
Yes you definitely were spanked. I hope it was free.
well the ingriedient mostly used in whitening products is peroxides and carbamates which does causes whitening at the cost of little damage to the tooth and as a result leads to sensitive teeth, yes it does affect a little to tooth enamel and they can ruin teeth if not used properly and therefore its best to get it done by the dentist.
either you got a bad box or thats the product and they ripped all of their costumers off. sorry its life
I think this product is a scam. There is no review of it at http://www.teethwhiteningreviews.com/
