ok i didnt have bfast(bad i know),then fro lunch i had a yocrunch yogurt....and heres the bad one...for dinner....pop tarts. but like i have like 3 questions.
1-will this ruin my diet?
2-are poptarts ok to eat like regularly?
3-how many grams of sugar should i 12 year old(almost 13) get in a day?

don't eat too much sugar, it can ruin your teeth or give you diabetes.
Also, you do NOT need to go on a diet. you sound a bit on the underweight side as it is, don't get scary skinny. I'm sure you're the perfect weight for your height!:)

Poptarts are super UNhealthy. Anything with high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, dextrose, hydrogenated oils, artificial ingredients, and wheat that is NOT whole grains is just terrible for your body.
Yogurt is not healthy either, especially non-organic dairy from mistreated cows treated with hormones and fed terribly.
