I tried to create a new partition from the existing Local Disc(C:), my Hard Disc had 600 GB space, I shrank the Local Disc(C:) and there is created an UNALLOCATED space, but when I try to create a NEW SIMPLE VOLUME it says: YOU CANNOT CREATE A NEW VOLUME IN THIS UNALLOCATED SPACE BECAUSE DISC ALREADY CONTAINS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTITIONS.
If anyone can help me about this I would be very thankful

Sounds like you have too many primary partitions created. I had a similar problem with my laptop when I tried to install Linux on it. New computers usually have a diagnostics partition and a restore partition. Generally you'll need to decide whether you want to remove the restore partition... I wouldn't do that unless you've got complete install disks for that computer.
What's your operating system? Whats program did you use?
Can you provide a picture of the program with the partitions?
