I'm 16 and pretty weedy so have decided that i want to get bigger and stronger (mainly for rugby). Have been working out for a while now and have gotten a fair bit stronger but if i want to increase muscle mass what suppliment should i go for?

Weight gainer has ALOT of calories. So you may gain weight ,but it will not be all good weight. I would recommend the whey protein. It has all you need to build muscle and get a reasonable amount of energy. You need to eat meats and veggies. Low gi carbs will fuel you through a workout. So eat up!
I gained 20lbs with whey protein and dropped by body fat to 7%. So it is working well for me.

Weight gainers could succeed. you prefer to be careful that the burden you're gaining is not greater fat than muscle however. make useful that besides to those shakes, you're ingesting a healthful eating recurring besides. ideally you get as many energy from nutrients as conceivable and your shakes could be an added bonus.
Start lifting weights and eat a lot of meats and protein. I would go with protein powder and eat a lot of other stuff. Rice, bread, etc to even out carbs, protein and fat. And when you lift weights. You must lift HEAVY if you want to gain muscle and strength.
