psychopathy, sociopathy and APD similarities and differences?
are psychopaths having also some kind of psychosis like maybe schizophrenics because of harm and that? what is the difference of a schizophrenic a psychopath and a sociopath to the matter of harm? i would like to know thanks in advance :)

Big difference. Psychopaths have no remorse. Schizophrenics have a thought disorder, most can function normally with a little help. For psychopaths there is none. They only feel for themselves.
