The Shinsengumi then takes Chizuru along on their search after the missing doctor, from adventure to adventure.

* Ichigo Kurosaki is a normal teenage boy, until he runs into Rukia Kuchiki. She sees his abilities as a soul reaper and recruits him to help her fight off evil in the form of hollows (an evil spirit that was originally a human soul) in his home town. Eventually, Ichigo is drawn into the problems of the Soul Society (which is another world where the soul reapers live). Ichigo slowly becomes a stronger and stronger soul reaper in order to defeat the increasing strong opens before him. The main story line focuses on the evil man Sosuke Aizen and his goal to stand above everyone else. Though, throughout the series there are many side stories that are tied in.

~ Genesis of Aquarion – action, mecha, some romance

* Eleven years before the start of the series, a disaster only referred to as the "Great Catastrophe" destroyed most of the world and killed off many of its inhabitants. Along with the disaster came the appearance of the Shadow , winged beings with unexplainable powers and do not die of old age. These shadow angels require the energy from humans to survive. When all hope seemed to be lost three technologically advanced fighter planes are found.. Together, these planes can come together and from one machine known as Aquarion which works well against fighting the shadow angels. . However, they require a very skilled and unique person to pilot these planes. The story then follows a young group of fighter pilots who seek to save the Earth from these Shadow Angels. The main character is Apollo and his love interest Seliene.

~ Demonbane - action, mecha, some romance

* Kuro Daijuuji is a poor detective living in Arkham City. One day, he is asked by Ruri Hado of Hado Financial Group, to search for a magic grimoire. As Kuro searches for the book, he unexpectedly runs into Al Azif, a pretty girl who turns out to be the grimoire Kuro is searching for. While being chased by the Black Lodge, Al forges a contract with Kuro, bestowing him with powerful magic. Soon afterwards, Al also activates Demonbane, a Deus Machina owned by the Hado Financial Group, to combat the mechanical menace from the Black Lodge. With this, the war between the Hado Financial Group and the Black Lodge begins. Along the way Kuro and Al form a strong relationship.

Shaman King(It's got plenty of supernatural powers in it, that's what it's about)

Urusei Yastura (good old japanese comedy)

Every manga fan and otaku have to read the Dragon ball series, it's like one of the best shonen Manga ever. You have to read this classic series.

If you already finnished Code Geass I suggest you read Nightmare of Nunally, which is alternate story when Nunally also gets a Geass with Lelouch.Pretty decent if you like Code Geass.

I also highly recommend the Akira manga which was what the landmark anime film based on. It's got a entertaining complex plot full of colorful characters. It's quite gory and bloody and can give you the chills even though it's just a manga. And yep, it's a about people with physic powers. And it has no romance or that friendship crap most anime seem to have these days.

Veritas, The Breaker, Holyland, Death Note is definitely a good one to watch if you want something special and global (its in ways a lot like Code Geass)

The main character - Kiri - (who's a boy) has super strength and can prevent a disease from killing its victims.

It's one of my favorite shonen manga, but it's pretty short

(just warning you ahead of time...)

Also, in the beginning, it's a bit boring, so just bare with it.

I promise it gets better a little ways into the story. (:

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, best action anime I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot.

Ill give you a summary of it.

Two brothers lose their mother to an incurable disease. With the power of "alchemy", they use taboo knowledge to resurrect her. The process fails, and as a toll for using this type of alchemy, the older brother, Edward Elric loses his left leg while the younger brother, Alphonse Elric loses his entire body. To save his brother, Edward sacrifices his right arm and is able to affix his brother's soul to a suit of armor. With the help of a family friend, Edward receives metal limbs - "automail" - to replace his lost ones. With that, Edward vows to search for the Philosopher's Stone to return the brothers to their original bodies, even if it means becoming a "State Alchemist", one who uses his/her alchemy for the military.
