For a temporary solution, go to 'Run > MSconfig > click on the STARTUP tab > untick rundll', click apply, okay and then restart.
To get rid of it completely I would suggest using Hijackthis or Winpatrol (winpatrol is easier to understand) to edit the startup and remove unnecessary startup items.

A recent Windows update seems to cause it.
