I've been trying to find one all this time, a score from a movie soundtrack that's undeniably goosebump-popping or melancholy sounding. All I've got is The Fountain, Road To Perdition, and Let Me In.
Know any?

Saddest sounding movie soundtrack scores?

1. It's one of those movies that is directed by two people. One of them is you, and another one is a person, dead or alive of your choice. Who would be that person? - Jules Dassin. An extremely underrated director. 2. Pick an actress and an actor to star in it. You can say something like, Ed Norton in his Primal Fear days or something along those lines - Can I resurrect Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn? If not, then perhaps Naomi Watts and Johnny Depp. 3. What genre would it be in? - I'd like to make a neo-noir. 4. What musician would you like to compile the soundtrack and score? - Mozart would be nice. 5. Is the ending going to be a happy one, a sad one, a mixed one...? - Either bittersweet or sad. Happy endings aren't my style. 6. Can you tell me 2-4 films that it would have some sort of resemblence to it? Chinatown The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) Hard Eight/Sydney BQ: American Beauty. BBQ: I know she's dead, but I have a slight obsession with Audrey Hepburn. That sounds a tad creepy, doesn't it? Oh well. BQ3: I've yet to see it. It's on my watch list.
Really ? Nobody has opened their eyes before ? I'm the one who's gonna have to say it ? !
