samsung laptop problems!!!!?
I have a samsung laptop and when i turn my laptop on, i don't see any texts or words and i can't type anything and my screen got bigger. How do I fix this without resetting???!!!!
Update:nothings working...i can just turn it on and off. my keypad, start button, all the icons, right clicks,....nothing works...!!!!!

But seriously... try to restart in safe mode! See if it will work. Do the system restore.
Does the windows load? If not, it could be something more sinister.
IMO it is a malware (it can lock down your pc) but... i am not sure. Could be your GPU... maybe it is broken... If you still have your warranty, return it to the store and ask them to fix it.
I am about 70% sure that it is a virus...
when u turn a computer on, it boots-does it boot?
if not what indication do u get?
if the HDD light is blinking, then it is probably booting.
If the pwr light is on when plugged in then it is charging.
If the pwr light changes color, then it is responding to the pwr switch.
if it appears to boot, shine a bright light onto the screen. Do u see any video?
if so ur screen backlight is out. May be time for a new laptop. Repairs can be $$$$$
