i have smasung galaxy s3, its screen just flashes off and on even when wifi or gps is off and there are no sms or calls.. the screen just lit up and then its off. why. any idea. suggestions ?

It does it to show battery warning. Or maybe some charging issue.
Clean the micros USB slot. Maybe this will help you.
