Sand paper/ flapping paper sound in my car?
When I drive my car I can hear a sandpaper grinding/ paper crunching sound coming from my right front tire. I think it could be the shocks because I hear it more when the car bounces and I dont hear it at all on the highway. What could this be? Also, does it need to be fixed immediately?

in case you're stripping down paint to show metallic, i'd use a 80grit on a 6" sanding disc. in the previous using your primer, i'd use a 500 or 600grit. i want to advise this sanding be moist sanding.
