A visa issued by a Schengen state may be valid for just the issuing state, the whole Schengen Area or something in between. As your visa title reads SCHENGENSKE DRŽAVE with no other text in that field it is valid for all Schengen states. You can visit any Schengen state you like in any order. There is ABSOLUTELY NOT any requirement to visit Slovenia first or enter the Schengen Area vis Slovenia. SVN just indicates the visa-issuing state.

A Schengen visa may be valid for one, two or multiple entries. This does not say anything about which states you may visit, just if you would be allowed to reenter the Schengen Area after leaving. Travelling directly between two Schengen states (by land, sea or air) does not cause any additional entries.
