PC, ps3 has been known to have to many problems with elderscrolls also pc has infinite mods and possibilities! If somethings wrong with the game you can generally improve or fix it on pc .
As with any Bethesda games the pc is the simpler choice. Most likely gameplay and pix wise it'll be the identical on all systems but I wish to feel about the modding potentialities as i'm definite they will released modding tools like with each different recreation they make. Your game would not must finish when the game does as that you may play person generated mods which increase or beef up the game, that you could also go about developing your own.
Definetely the PC, you can get mods, cheats, and others. While the Ps3 version have some serious game breaking bugs and NO MODS.
Definitely PC. On the console versions you can't use cheats or install fun mods.
PC, with all the mods you can put on. It's so much better.
PC!!!
