I have no personal experience on venomous bites, but I can say that anti-venom treatments may take a while to kick in. Edit********: A few more things I can suggest as well, Baking soda is a common ingredient used to treat the venom and the stinger left in the body by bees. I know the fangs would not have disconnected from the host, but you may try that for the venom. Tylenol is a common anti-swelling agent, and it can be used in this case to treat swelling and fever, however, Ibuprofen is probably a bit more potent. You may want to watch for "capping" on the wound. If it was a potentially deadly spider, the wound will usually crust with a white cap over the swollen area. White capping is a very bad sign; it can lead to gangrene and worse, the necessary amputation of the limb it is on. Many insects do not have fangs, so, I think we can eliminate this to a spider, because most arachnids do have fangs, and leave two puncture marks on the wound. If it was dark, that also eliminates insects. Most arachnids prefer dark locations, and that would suggest to me this was an arachnid. Spiders such as brown recluses and black widows are very common here in the states, and house themselves in dark, moist areas, but, I don't know how common their presence is in Vietnam. Like I said initially, check an arachnid list of common spiders in Vietnam that are poisonous. This may narrow down potential suspected spiders. However, this does not entirely rule out the insect species.
