i have a utensil set that is heavy like metal, looks like metal, feels like metal, sounds like metal, and has all the basic properitys of metal, but i can put it in the microwave and it does not affect it at all, ive been doing it for about a year or more, and the oven is still working the same....
what kind of metal is this, (or non metal) and why can i put it in the microwave..?
oh yea, its quite strong, ive bent alot of spoons before, but i have not bent or damaged ant of this kind
soooo.....
Update:, it is not just a spoon, the same with forks and knives
and its shinny none of them have stains or dullness to them
i can see myself in them quite well

bon bon is right. It is a magic spoon. Put it on eBay
Maybe it is metal. Not all metal objects affect a microwave. I think it depends on the shape of the object.
It's a magic spoon - hold on to it
Perhaps it is an amorphous alloy like liquid metal.
