If you are asking about health insurance, no, you will not need to be a student at all once the rule increases the age requirement to 26 takes effect for your parent's insurance plan.
Is it auto insurance? or what type of insurance? I don't quite understand the question but if it's auto it's always cheaper to stay with your parents even after you turn 26 and your occupation should matter on the price. Now if it's not auto, then I don't know how I would reply since I only do auto insurance.
No, you don't need to be a student. More correctly, the "reforms" give your parents (not you) the option of continuing your coverage under their policy. They, of course, will have to pay the additional premium for that coverage.

No. As long as you turn 19 AFTER September 23rd, you don't need to be a full time college student.

That law is not yet in effect.
