I noticed this rash on the back of my arms yesterday. It's bumpy and a little red, but not itchy?... It looks a bit like hives, do you know what it is?
Oh, and it went away yesterday, but it was back when I woke up.

I know exactly what this is, I had it as a little boy. Its called keratosis pilaris.
Keratosis Pilaris is often mistaken as acne and you can get it on your face. It sometimes makes your skin go purple but that's only in some rare cases. There's no need to worry, I assure you. It will clear up in your adult stages of life.
Its where your hair starts producing excess keratain and it causes the hair to become ingrowing. After a while you'll see tiny white spots on all of your bumps on your arms. Having keratosis pilaris means that you'll have little or no acne, which is a positive side to it.
I hope that answered your question :)
Feel free to google Keratosis Pilaris if you're eager to find out more.
Go see a doctor or something .You might be growing something
