I was taking some pictures of my dog when I noticed a strange halo on the right-upper corner of the image, as you can see. It appears only in this pictures, while in the others there's nothing like that.
What may it be?

Clearly your dog is a saint and the halo got detached for the moment.
Just joking, we get a lot of questions from people who think that flaws in photographs are proof of some kind of paranormal phenomena. This one looks like lens flare caused by a light source off to the side somewhere. A hood on the lens would eliminate it.
If film, it can be a camera deffect producing light leakage, but I agree, it's the dog's ectoplasm
A slow shutter speed and a bit of motion when taking the image...not uncommon.
Interesting, i'd be quick to rule out orbs, reflections, and other light anomalies, but this looks slightly more complex. I guess a decent answer would be what ever you want or feel it to be.
