Streamlined data transfer in excel?
I have a drop down menu that pulls names from a list. I also have sheets corresponding to the names that can be selected carrying information about each name. Say if the name "Dan" was selected I wanted to pull data from sheet "Dan" and fill in the B2 C2 D2 columns with height weight eye color respectively from the "Dan" sheet. How would I go about doing this?

This assumes you have data validated cell A2 in your master sheet, in cell B2 enter:
=INDIRECT(A2&"!B2")
In C2:
=INDIRECT(A2&"!C2")
In D2:
=INDIRECT(A2&"!D2")
Look into a packet radio modem. I've read that they facilitate some of the fastest excel data transfers across many corporations. If possible, try to find a Denco 3/22N modem on Google. I've heard that they are rare, but are well worth the effort!
